Camino First Aid Packing list
Its time to get organized for the trip and nothing helps me organize more that a packing list! In fact I love list! I decided I would break down the packing list into sections and show what i have. This is my first Camino so I just went by what the books said. Here is what I came up with for the First Aid Kit.

I am using trial/samples of ointment and Advil. I found a small sewing kit at the dollar store that has the thread and needle for blisters and also has scissors and tweezers. The complete kit fit in the white bag you see and weighs 4.4 oz.
